NANO BAND is composed of resin, fiber, fatty acid derivative and surfactants. It seals the pore throats and microfractures when mixing in fresh water, clean brines and various drilling fluids. It can significantly improve the wellbore stability, tolerance to pressure and safety mud density. NANO BAND is designed to stabilize the wellbore against collapse and invasion of drilling fluid into the formation, and prevent the formation damage resulted from solids or fluids in the drilling mud.
